How much does it cost?

$149 for your banquet or recital, paid once. Every film, the photo album, unlimited guests and unlimited uploads are included.

Is it OK to film the kids?

Your films are private by default and only shared through private links you choose to send. When you set up, you confirm you have permission to film the children taking part, as the organizer of the banquet or recital. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Who can see the clips and the films?

Only you, and the people you choose to share with. Your guest page is unlisted, clips are stored privately and encrypted at rest, and your films live on a private link that only people you send it to can open. We never use your footage for ads, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.

What do guests need?

Just a phone with a camera. They scan the QR code on your sign or table card, and the page opens in their browser. There is no app to install and no account to create. Guests can add their name so you know who filmed what, or stay anonymous.

What if the Wi-Fi is bad?

Sparkler is built for it. Clips upload in small pieces in the background, retry automatically, and pick up where they left off if a guest loses signal, locks their phone or closes the page. Anything that arrives late goes into your extended cut the next morning.

What if our guests don't film much?

Most groups film more than you'd think: 40 guests who each film three 20-second clips make two hours of footage for a three-minute film. Your dashboard shows uploads live, and the "happening now" prompts on the guest page nudge people at the moments that matter. If there truly isn't enough for a film, we refund you.

Do we really get 3 films?

Yes, all included in the one price. Pick up to 3 moods and Sparkler cuts a separate film for each from the same footage. They share the biggest moments but are otherwise built from different clips: the heartfelt one lingers on the toasts, the funny one finds the lines that got a laugh, the party one lives on the dance floor.

What happens to the photos guests take?

Every photo lands in your private album as it uploads: straightened, sorted by moment and guest, with blurry and closed-eye shots set aside. Favourite or hide any of them, download them all in one go, and share the album with guests on your film page. The best photos also appear in your films.

Is the music licensed?

Yes. Every film gets a song from Sparkler's own library of original music, matched to the film's mood and pace (or chosen by you). Your films come with the right to share them on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and anywhere else you like.

Can we choose exactly what goes in?

Yes. Alongside your films, the dashboard has a "Your cut" builder: pick the clips and photos you want, put them in order (or let Sparkler order them by time), and choose a song and a look. Remake it as often as you like.

How far ahead do we need to book?

Any time before your banquet or recital, even the week of. Setup takes a few minutes, and you can print your QR signs at home.
