Giveaway Rules
These official rules apply to every giveaway Sparkler Films runs on Instagram (@sparkler_films). Each giveaway post states its own prize and closing date; everything else is set out here.
No purchase necessary
A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
Who can enter
Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Sparkler Films and the people who run it, and their immediate families, can’t enter.
How to enter
During the entry period, comment on the giveaway post and tag at least one friend. One entry per person, however many comments you leave. Following us and liking the post are welcome but not required to win. The entry period starts when the post goes up and ends at 11:59pm Pacific time on the closing date stated in the post. Comments made after that don’t count.
Picking the winner
After the giveaway closes, we draw the winner (or winners, if the post says more than one) at random from all eligible entries. Your odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries we receive.
The prize
Each giveaway post states its prize. It is one single-use code, either for one free Sparkler event of the winner’s choice (approximate retail value up to $399, our highest event price) or for 25% off one event (approximate retail value up to $100). The code is good for 12 months from when we send it, can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t be combined with other codes and can’t be transferred.
How we contact the winner
We reply to the winner’s entry comment on Instagram. To claim the prize, send us a direct message on Instagram or email hello@sparklerfilms.com within 14 days. If we don’t hear back, or the winner isn’t eligible, we may draw another winner. We will never ask for a password or payment details to claim a prize.
The fine print
By entering you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final. We may disqualify entries that are fake, automated or break Instagram’s rules, and we may cancel or change a giveaway if something outside our control stops it running fairly. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. We use entrants’ Instagram usernames only to run the giveaway, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility for it.
